Daily Workout Apps, LLC (“Daily Workout Apps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy applies to all Daily Workout Apps products, including but not limited to Daily Workouts, Simply Yoga, our websites, and any legacy or free versions of our apps. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

a) Information you provide. Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect information you provide to us, such as your email address, account information, and fitness-related profile data (such as age, gender, height, weight, workout preferences). We also collect communications you send to us (for example, support requests or feedback) and newsletter subscription preferences. Providing certain information may be required to access specific features.

b) Automatically collected information. When you use the Services, we may automatically collect device and usage information such as device type, operating system, app version, device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, app usage data (features used and session duration), analytics data, and crash/performance logs. This information helps us operate, maintain, and improve the Services.

c) Payments and purchases. Purchases (subscriptions, lifetime access, or one-time purchases) are processed by third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Amazon. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We may receive limited purchase information (such as subscription status, product identifiers, and renewal state) to manage access and provide customer support.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: (i) provide and operate the Services; (ii) personalize workouts and app functionality; (iii) manage subscriptions and purchases; (iv) communicate with you about your account, purchases, and updates; (v) send newsletters and marketing communications where permitted; (vi) improve app performance, analytics, and user experience; (vii) detect fraud, abuse, or technical issues; and (viii) comply with legal obligations.

3. Marketing Communications

We may use your email address to send: (i) service-related messages (account, purchases, security, and important updates); (ii) marketing messages related to Daily Workout Apps; (iii) content from The Weekly Well (a newsletter brand owned by Daily Workout Apps); and (iv) promotional messages featuring third-party brands or partners that we believe may be relevant or of interest to you.

Important clarifications: We do not sell your email address. We do not provide our email list to brand partners. Promotional emails featuring partner offers are sent by Daily Workout Apps, and not by the partner directly. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link included in the email or by contacting support.

4. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)

If you are located in the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we process personal data under one or more of the following legal bases: (i) Contract (to provide the Services you request); (ii) Consent (for marketing communications where required); (iii) Legitimate interests (such as analytics, improvement, security, and fraud prevention); and (iv) Legal obligation (to comply with applicable laws). You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Services (for example, analytics, email delivery, infrastructure, and customer support). We may also share information with app stores and payment processors as needed for purchases and subscriptions, and with legal authorities if required by law. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Service providers are authorized to use personal data only to perform services on our behalf and must protect it.

6. Advertising, Cross-Promotion, and Analytics

Some free or legacy versions of our apps may display third-party advertisements and use third-party analytics or advertising technologies. These third parties may collect device or usage data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Paid subscriptions or purchases currently remove third-party ads in our apps. However, we may change our ad practices over time, and we may still display cross-promotions for our own apps, products, or services within the Services.

We do not control third-party data collection practices.

7. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States and may process data in the United States and other countries. For users in the EU/EEA/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms where required by law. You may request more information about these safeguards by contacting us.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to: access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

You can delete your account within the apps from the Profile tab (where available), or you can contact us at the email address below to request access, deletion, or other assistance.

10. Service Changes and Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. If we do, information associated with the Services may no longer be available or accessible.

11. Children’s Privacy
